Old information:
NKK has developed a series of very high-speed SRAMs for cache applications.Based on high-speed SRAM technologies, NKK developed 32Kx32synchronous burst mode SRAMs with pipeline. In addition, NKK is offering lowpower consumption SRAMs for battery operated applications, e.g. mobile PCs,handy phones, pagers, etc.
NKK has also developed a series of MIPSarchitecture RISC microprocessors.
The NR4600/NR4700/NR5000 series are 64bit microprocessors and its chipsets feature high performance, low cost and low power consumption. TheNR4650/NR4645 is another member of this series. A derivative of the NR4600,it incorporates new instruction sets to achieve better cost performance forembedded applications. NKK is also committed to providing developmentenvironments.
