Embedding 486's

You should check out the National Semiconductor NS486SXF and SXL parts. They are low cost, with many integrated peripherals and performance is above the 386EX but below standard 486s from Intel or AMD (they only have 1K cache and a 16 bit data bus). The web site for information is:
