We have Ada, C, and C++ development environments that run on mostUnix platforms. I am currently putting the wraps on our 386ex"board support package". We have "batch mode" compilers (calledSpire) and a full-blown integrated development environment (calledApex), testing tools, etc. etc.

I would also like to add that we have compiler and runtime kernels for the i386that are tailored specifically for embedded, safety-critical applications.
